Shrimp Fried Eggs

Buy the shrimp and wash it, then boil it in boiling water to get familiar

Remove the head and shell, and cut into dices (my son is relatively small, and dice is easier to swallow)

Stir two eggs and chives, add some salt and soy sauce, mix well, set aside.

Put the oil in the hot pan and put the shrimps, just fry them, because they have been cooked in boiling water before.

Stir the egg mixture in the pan while pouring the eggs, turn off the heat and start the pan when the eggs are formed.

Tips:
1. I bought fresh prawns to make it, so it's fresh and sweet. If you’re busy at work, you can go to the supermarket to buy frozen shrimp, but I don’t know how long it will take!
2. After the egg is poured, turn off the heat when it is formed, do not fry for too long, it will become old.
