I think fried rice is the best and most convenient. I’m lazy in the morning to buy vegetables. At night, I don’t think the vegetables are fresh enough, so I don’t cook anymore. Use the ingredients in the refrigerator to fry rice and make a seaweed soup , The meal is complete.

Shrimp Fried Rice

1. Diced carrots

2. Dice the Coprinus comatus

3. Onion also diced

4. Shrimp peeled and marinated in cooking wine

5. Pick up the frying pan and pour the carrots

6. Then add the chicken leg mushrooms and stir fry

7. Add onion

8. Add shrimp at the end

9. Add some salt to taste

11. Add appropriate amount of water

Tips:

Note: The shrimp should be marinated in the cooking wine to remove the fishy
