The difference in taste preference of my diners is mainly reflected in the taste of tomato juice. I love it and don't like it. Only fresh shrimp in tomato sauce can be eaten on one plate. Other ingredients are made into tomato sauce, but the taste of tomato sauce is rejected by the diners, and the shrimp in tomato sauce is not rejected. You can see how tempting this shrimp in tomato sauce is

Shrimp in Tomato Sauce

1. Shrimp cut off the long beard, wash clean, drain the water

2. Chopped green onion and ginger

3. Start the frying pan, add a little more oil, and the prawns will be served after the oil is in the pan

4. Put the remaining oil, green onion and ginger into the pot and sauté

5. Stir-fry with tomato sauce

6. Stir-fry with red oil and stir-fry with cooking wine

7. Stir fry with sweet vinegar

8. Stir fry with sugar, fry with salt

9. Stir-fry the prawns in the pan, fry until the prawns are evenly coated with tomato juice and serve

Tips:

In order to preserve the fresh and delicious taste of shrimp, it is not advisable to process too long. Seafood dishes should not be added with MSG.
