Shrimp in Tomato Sauce

Put water, green onion and ginger slices in a pot. After the water is boiled, add the shrimp and cook until the color turns red. Remove and set aside.

Put the oil in the pot, add the green onion and ginger after the oil is hot and stir fragrant.

Pour in the blanched shrimp and stir-fry for about 1 minute.

Pour in tomato sauce and salt, stir-fry well. This step must be changed to a low heat, so as not to paste the sauce.
