Shrimp Lao Tofu and Chicken Feet Claypot

Ingredients: Fresh prawns (the shrimps have been cleaned), chicken feet (washed and blanched), old tofu, ginger slices, garlic (chopped), Korean chili sauce.

Put the old tofu on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

Heat the oil in the pot, add the sliced ginger and garlic to the pot.

Then, add the chicken feet and stir fry.

Next, move the fried chicken feet into a casserole and add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Add the right amount of salt.

Add an appropriate amount of water.

Season to boil and cook for 15 minutes.
