Shrimp Lettuce Cup Rice

1. Raw materials: leftover rice; fresh shrimp; broken rice sprouts; eggs; lettuce; garlic cloves; salt; oil.

Fresh shrimps are cooked, head and shell removed~

Beat the eggs into the rice and mix well.

Stir the garlic slices.

Pour in the rice and stir fry until the eggs are set.

Add broken rice sprouts and stir-fry until the rice grains are separated, set aside.

The lettuce leaves are rolled into a bucket and placed in a teacup.
