Shrimp Noodles with Black Mushroom
1.
Put water and soy sauce in a pot, boil on high heat, and pour in an appropriate amount of salt to taste.
2.
Put the shredded cabbage into the pot, continue to boil, and pour the lard or black mushroom oil.
3.
Add fresh shrimp and cook until the shrimp turns red. I bought the prawns the night before and froze them. They are also sold at the market downstairs in the morning, but I don’t want to run up and down anymore. The live prawns are frozen with a little water and they are fresh the next day.
4.
Spread the noodles into the pot, stir with chopsticks, soak as much of the noodles as possible in the water, and stir when boiling.
5.
Until the noodles can be broken with chopsticks, they can be out of the pot.
6.
When eating, pour some black mushrooms and mix well before eating. The black mushrooms are crispy and the noodles are smooth and delicious, which is really good! The early fresh prawns are cooked for just the right time. They are especially delicious if they are not old or not, so it takes about ten minutes for a bowl of noodles, but the nutrition is enough.
