Shrimp Okra Omelette

Materials are ready.

Bring the water to a boil and blanch the shrimps until they are curly and red. You can remove them.

Immediately put the removed shrimp in cold water to cool down, then drain the water and set aside, wash the okra and cut into slices.

Tips:
1. Immediately put the blanched shrimps in cold water to cool them down to keep the shrimps crisp.

3. Since both shrimp and tomato sauce have a salty taste, do not put too much salt.
