1. Materials are ready.

2. Bring the water to a boil and blanch the shrimps until they are curly and red. You can remove them.

3. Immediately put the removed shrimp in cold water to cool down, then drain the water and set aside, wash the okra and cut into slices.

4. Beat the eggs into a bowl, then pour in the shrimp and okra slices, add 1/2 tablespoon of water and salt and mix well.

5. Connect the grilling machine to the power source, then pour in corn oil and brush it evenly.

6. Turn on the main switch and close the lid to preheat.

7. When the grilling machine beeps, the preheating is complete, and then select the "fried egg" program, pour in the mixed ingredients, and gently chop with a wooden spatula.

8. The machine will fry the omelette automatically, and the program will end.

9. Cut the omelet into a round shape with a tool and put it in the dish.

10. Just squeeze the ketchup to decorate and seasoning.

Tips:

1. Immediately put the blanched shrimps in cold water to cool them down to keep the shrimps crisp.
2. The purpose of adding water to the egg liquid is to make the omelet more tender and smooth.
3. Since both shrimp and tomato sauce have a salty taste, do not put too much salt.
