Shrimp Pasta
1.
Prepare the raw materials (I am used to cooking onion, ginger and garlic, accidentally added a green onion, ignore it).
2.
Add water to the boiling pot to open up a little salt, add the pasta and cook until the pasta is cooked and there is no hard core (I cooked it for 10 minutes).
3.
Remove and put in a dish, add a little olive oil and mix well to prevent adhesion. (Or after a while, it won’t stick to cold water)
4.
When cooking the noodles, you can wash the shrimp and remove the shells, remove the shrimp thread, and make a knife on the back of the shrimp.
5.
Finely chop onion and garlic, chop leek moss into small pieces, and chop tomatoes into small pieces.
6.
Heat the wok and pour olive oil into it. When the oil is 50% hot, add the onion and minced garlic and fry it to create a fragrant aroma.
7.
Add tomatoes and shrimps and fry until the tomatoes are soft and rotten.
8.
Add the light soy sauce and white sugar and stir fry evenly.
9.
Add the tomato sauce and stir fry evenly until it blends with the base ingredients.
10.
Add appropriate amount of salt and leek moss to stir fry evenly.
11.
Add black pepper and stir evenly.
