There were a lot of shrimp heads left after peeling the shrimps. I didn’t want to throw them away. Fried some noodles with shrimp oil. I learned this method from Yifu’s cafeteria. The method is very simple, similar to that of scallion noodles. Share with friends you like.

Shrimp Sauce Noodles

1. Peel the remaining shrimp heads from the shrimp.

2. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, add the shrimp heads, and fry them on a low fire, while pressing the shrimp heads with a spatula until the oil turns red and the shrimp heads are dry.

3. The boiled shrimp oil is poured out and allowed to cool.

4. Boil the noodles in boiling water.

5. Prepare some cucumber shreds.

6. Remove the water from the cooked noodles, drizzle with shrimp oil, sprinkle a little salt, light soy sauce, stir well and eat.
