Shrimp Skin Carrots Mixed with Old Tofu

Ingredients: old tofu, carrots (washed, peeled and cut into cubes), dried shrimp

Place the old tofu on the chopping board and cut into cubes.

Next, put the cut old tofu and carrots in a pot of water, blanch for 2 minutes, and then remove them.

Put it in a fresh-keeping box and cool it with cold water.

Then, the cool old tofu and carrots are dried to control the moisture.

Finally, put the shrimp skin.

Add the right amount of salt.

Add the right amount of soy sauce.
9.
Add appropriate amount of sesame oil.
10.
Season to mix well and serve.
