Shrimp Stuffed with Fried Dough Sticks

When choosing shrimps, be sure to use fresh live shrimps or chilled shrimps. Do not choose cooked shrimps that are frozen after being cooked, otherwise the shrimps will be slippery and unable to form.

Chop the fresh shrimps into shrimp paste.

Add egg whites, pour some lemon juice, add some salt, stir constantly, and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Fry the dough sticks in a frying pan, low heat, and fry them until they are slightly opened and the color turns yellow.

Filling the prawns into the fried dough sticks is a delicate task.

After filling the prawns, seal the mouth with cornstarch.

Turn on the frying pan again, low the heat, and fry the fritters slowly without being impatient. Two minutes later, the fried dough sticks were golden, and the prawns inside must be cooked.
