Shrimp is a highly nutritious food that can help your baby replenish iron and calcium, promote physical development, and exercise the baby's chewing ability! Carrots can nourish the liver and improve eyesight, clear away heat and detoxify, and are also rich in vitamins. Winter melon contains more protein, minerals and other nutrients. A bowl of this porridge for breakfast is great!
It is not recommended to add salt to babies under one year old. A small amount of salt is recommended for babies over one year old.
