Shrimp with Salt and Pepper Sauce

Soak the fresh prawns in clean water for two hours

Use scissors to remove the shrimp thread on the back

Rinse the processed shrimp with clean water and drain

Sprinkle with salt and pepper powder

Sprinkle a layer of fried powder (bought in a Korean supermarket), if not, use cornstarch

Stir well with chopsticks

Set aside, spare

Heat the pan, pour olive oil, (bake 70% hot)

Put the prawns in and fry, it will take about 10 seconds to fish out

After all the prawns are fried, pour them into the pan together and fry again to ensure that the prawns are crispy

Set the fried shrimp aside to control the oil

Prepare ingredients: ginger, garlic, green onion

Saute garlic and ginger

Pour the shrimp in and stir-fry for a minute

Pour in a spoonful of soy sauce and continue to stir fry for another minute
