Pipi Shrimp, the scientific name is Xia Gu, also known as Crawling Shrimp, mantis shrimp is a kind of nutritious, juicy and tender seafood food. The meat has more water content, the meat taste is fresh, sweet and smooth, light and soft, and has a special and attractive umami taste.
In addition to boiled crabs and pipi prawns to taste the sweetness of seafood, I like soy sauce the most. Lots of ground ginger and thick soup, whether it is mixed with rice or dipped in steamed buns, must be the first killer dish on my table!

6. After the pipi shrimp turns brown-red, add a little salt and stir-fry well, pour in water starch and quickly stir-fry evenly (if the soup is larger, the water starch can be diluted to collect the soup)
