Shrimp Wonton

Add some salt, a little chicken essence, chopped green onion, an egg, light soy sauce, and pepper to the minced meat.

Stir it up in one direction.

Kick off the shrimp and clean the shrimp, marinate with ginger slices and light soy sauce.

Prepare half a bowl of water and a plate for wontons.

Take a piece of wonton wrapper and place the stirred minced meat in the center.

Put another shrimp on top, and the chaotic skin is glued with clean water on all sides.

Fold the chaotic skin in half and press it firmly.

Dip a little water on the three sides to press the folded leather tightly.
