Shrimp Wonton with Tea Tree Mushroom

Wash the tea tree mushrooms, sprinkle in salt, and squeeze dry water.

Wash the small greens and set aside.

Shell the shrimp, remove the shrimp thread, cut into small pieces and mix with the minced meat and tea tree mushrooms and stir well.
