Shrimp Wontons

Prepare the ingredients, wash the lean meat, remove the shrimp from the shell, and remove the shrimp thread. Finely chop ginger, finely chop green onion, take minced ginger and a part of chopped green onion, soak it into green onion water.

Add minced meat, shrimp paste, scallion, ginger, starch, salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the bowl.
