Shuang Mushroom Shredded Pork

Wash enoki mushrooms and cut into sections for later use.

Wash shiitake mushrooms and cut into thin slices.

Shred pork and marinate for a while with some starch.

Cut green onions into chopped green onions and shred ginger.

Add the shredded pork in a hot pan with cold oil and stir-fry until the shredded pork turns white. Take out and set aside.

Heat oil in a pot and add chopped green onion and ginger and stir fry to create a fragrant flavor.

Add shredded pork and stir fry a few times.

Add shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry until soft.

Add enoki mushrooms, stir fry, add some very fresh soy sauce and fry until cooked, add salt, seasoning with chicken essence, and finally sprinkle with coriander.
Tips:
When washing shiitake mushrooms, you can add a little salt to the water to make it cleaner.
