Add mung bean sprouts after boiling;

After boiling again until the bean sprouts are broken, you can remove the noodles and bean sprouts.

Put the sweet potato vermicelli and bean sprouts in a bowl and scoop them into the bone broth;

Put an appropriate amount of soy sauce;

Put an appropriate amount of vinegar;

Finally, add the seasoned red oil, mix well and you can eat; the red oil I use is hot pot ingredients from Chengdu, it is said to be a big brand, but it is quite spicy;
