Last time I made [Blackcurrant Donuts]~~Family loved it~~~~
This time I made [Matcha Almond Donuts]~~Added matcha and almond slices, it looks relatively small and fresh~~~ And there is no need to beat the eggs, the production process is simpler and faster~~
It is still made with 6 doughnut molds~~~The demoulding effect is very good~~~You can often eat homemade healthy and delicious doughnuts~~"

[sichuan] Matcha Almond Donuts

1. Prepare ingredients: cake flour, baking powder, salt, eggs, sunflower oil, milk, caster sugar, matcha powder, almond flakes;

2. Mix cake flour, baking powder and salt twice through a fine sieve;

3. Mix the eggs with sugar;

4. Stir evenly with a manual whisk, pour in the milk and continue to mix well;

5. Add matcha powder;

6. After mixing well, add the cake flour mixture and continue to mix evenly;

7. Add sunflower oil and continue to stir evenly;

8. Sprinkle almond slices on the bottom of the mold; the mold I used is Yangchen non-sticky film, so the mold does not need to be oiled;

9. Pour the batter 8 minutes full, and shake it gently on the table a few times;

10. Preheat the oven up and down at 170 degrees;

11. Place the mold in the middle of the oven and bake for 13 minutes;

12. After the program is over, turn the mold upside down, and the toasted Matcha almond donut can be easily demolded.

Tips:

1. The mold I use is Yangchen non-sticky film, so the mold does not need to be oiled;
2. Cake flour can be replaced with low-gluten flour;
