Sichuan Pea Jelly

1. Prepare a bag of pea flour, bought on Taobao!

2. Use a glass to fill a cup of pea flour.

3. Put a cup of water in the same glass and pour the powder into the powder and stir well.

4. Pour three glasses of water into the pot and bring it to a boil.

5. Pour the mixed water powder into the milk pan, and use the spoon to keep stirring and turn it in one direction, otherwise it will paste the pan.

6. After boiling, stir while cooking for two to three minutes, pour it into a square mold and let it stand still.

7. After six hours, the paste solidified at room temperature.

8. Pour out and cut into thick strips.

9. In another small bowl, add chopped green onion, chili powder, vinegar, and soy sauce, and pour hot oil on it.
