Side Dishes-refreshing Radish

One radish peeled and washed.

Cut into small dices.

Put it in an oil-free and water-free basin, add a spoonful of salt and mix well.

Let it stand for half an hour to get rid of excess water.

Put a teaspoon of chicken bouillon and two tablespoons of chili oil and mix evenly before use.

Simple and refreshing!

Add some white vinegar according to personal preference.
