Silver Silk Roll

The dough materials are mixed and kneaded to form a smooth dough and ferment at room temperature.

Cut pork suet into rice grains, add sugar and beat evenly.

The dough is fermented to twice its size, and then rolled out into rectangular slices after venting.

Spread a thin layer of pork suet.

Fold it up.

Cut into thin strips.

Divide into equal portions and brush with a little salad oil.

Slightly stretch out and start up.

Garnish the top with dried cranberries. Hair is about 10 minutes. Pour cold water into the pot, steam for about 12 minutes after boiling, turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.

The finished product, gently pick it up with chopsticks.
