Silver Sprout Bacon Roll
1.
Prepare the necessary ingredients
2.
Remove the heads and roots of mung bean sprouts. After washing, sprinkle a little salt and crushed black pepper and mix well
3.
Take 2 slices of bacon and cut each slice into three on average
4.
Take a small piece of bacon and place the processed silver buds on the bottom of the bacon (because the silver buds are not long enough, they need to be opened by mistake, and you can put a few more ones)
5.
After rolling it up, put a toothpick on the end of the bacon and fix it. Note: be sure to roll it tightly, otherwise the silver buds will fall out easily
6.
Roll all up and spare
7.
Pour a small amount of oil into the non-stick pan and turn on the medium and small heat
8.
After the oil is a little hot, put in the bacon roll, fry until it is golden all around, and then it will be out of the pan. If you like, you can sprinkle a little black pepper to improve the flavor.
Tips:
After the silver sprouts bacon rolls are made, they must be eaten while they are hot. If they are left cold, the bean sprouts will become soft and affect the taste.
