Silver Wire Holding Golden Ball

The ingredients are ready.

Chop the tenderloin.

Cut the meat, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, pepper, oyster sauce, starch, scallion and ginger, stir well and marinate.

Tips:
I used lean pork tenderloin for this dish. It would be better to replace it with fat and lean pork belly.
