Ingredients

Silverstone Quinoa

1. Pour 1 cup of quinoa and 2 cups of water into a deep saucepan.

2. Bring to a boil and turn to low heat, cover the pot and cook until all the water is absorbed (about 10-15 minutes).

3. Remove the quinoa and drain the water and place it in a bowl.

4. Chop basil and parsley and mix with quinoa.

5. Add raisins, chickpeas, almonds and olive oil.

6. Season with salt and pepper.
