Simmered Braised Pork in Casserole

Cut the pork belly and tendon into pieces, add the above seasoning, and marinate for half an hour.

Put the marinated meat into a small casserole and simmer for one and a half hours. In the middle, use chopsticks to turn the meat at the bottom to the surface to prevent the pot from being stuck, twice.

After an hour and a half, change the heat to a low heat to collect the juice, then change the heat to a simmer for 5-10 minutes.
