Simple American Breakfast

One cup of flour for pancakes (home-made special flour, pancake, the method will be shown in the next article)

A glass of water

Add a cup of flour and a cup of water to the container and beat evenly with chopsticks or a whisk

Use a 1/4 cup of the batter, pour it into a small frying pan, and fry on medium heat, preferably a non-stick pan.

Fry until you see big seven holes on the top, turn over and fry the other side

Use 1/4 cup of quick-frozen blueberries, or fresh blueberries (the price of quick-frozen is very favorable, easy to save), 1/4 cup of sugar, pour it into a container, and turn it in the microwave for 2 minutes

Two minutes later, it becomes a moderately sweet and sour jam. It tastes great when added to pancakes.
