Simple and Colorful---mixed Enoki Mushrooms

Mince garlic, cut millet pepper into small sections, mix with all other ingredients and set aside, remove the roots of enoki mushrooms, and tear apart

Mix the chopped garlic and millet pepper with all the sauce

Boil the enoki mushrooms in water
4.
Remove the cold water and use a colander to control the moisture
5.
Pour the adjusted sauce on the enoki mushrooms
6.
Mix well

Find a cylindrical container (the goblet I use~~), put the mixed enoki mushrooms in the cylindrical container and compact.
