Simple and Delicious Shredded Cabbage

Drain the washed cabbage leaves and tear them into slices.

Heat the pan with cold oil, heat it up and pour in the minced garlic to explode the aroma.

Then pour in the washed dried chili and stir fry for a spicy flavor.

Pour in the cabbage and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in a little water and continue to stir-fry for 1 minute until cooked and soft (if there is too much water in the pot, remove a little water).

Add salt and monosodium glutamate and stir fry for flavor.

Continue to stir-fry until the cabbage is cooked and tender, and it is ready to be served on a plate.
Tips:
If you don't like too spicy, you can replace the dried chili with less spicy vegetable chili to make the finished dish have a slightly spicy taste.
