Simple and Warm Zucchini

Wash and shred the zucchini, put it in a bowl, and chop the green onions.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot to heat up, pour in the chopped green onions to burst the aroma, add the chopped zucchini and stir fry until broken.

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring to a boil. Knock in two eggs, stir and boil with a stir-fry spatula.

2: If shredding is troublesome, it can be sliced directly.
