Take the cold rice out of the refrigerator, mix well, put it in a steamer and steam it

Cut the choy sum into pellets and stir fry

Barbecued pork diced

Carrots shredded and cooked

Stir the eggs and shrimp skins and fry them directly, then mash them

Stir-fry the pork with barbecued pork, then add shredded carrots and egg, finally add choy sum diced, sprinkle some light soy sauce, salt and pepper, then mix with rice, and serve with soup or juice.
Tips:
All the ingredients are readily available. Just use whatever you have in the refrigerator to make bibimbap. Try not to make fried rice, which is too irritating.
