Simple Life-stir-fried Thousand Pages Tofu with Leeks

Prepare the ingredients and wash the leeks.

Thousand-page tofu cut into pieces, or cut into strips and other shapes according to your preference.

Cut the leeks into 3 cm long pieces.
4.
Put an oil spoon in a frying pan for 80% heat, spread the Chiba Tofu on medium heat and fry until golden on one side.
5.
When frying on the other side, the tofu will expand.
6.
Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt to both sides and stir fry.
7.
Add the leeks, stop the heat, and stir fry.
8.
Use the remaining temperature to fry the leeks until they become soft.
