Simple Pancake with Fruits

Prepare raw materials;

Beat the eggs into a bowl, add a little salt and beat;

Put an appropriate amount of salt in the flour;

Add appropriate amount of water and stir evenly;

Stir it into a thin and suitable batter;

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and fry the wonton wrappers until golden;

Pour out the oil, put an appropriate amount of batter to cover the bottom of the pan, and fry slowly until the shape is set;

Turn over, continue to fry until, brush the egg over the bottom of the cake;

Sprinkle some chopped green onions evenly, then turn it over and fry it to get out of the pan;

Place the side with the egg and shallots facing down, and apply a layer of spicy sauce on the cake;

Tips:
1. Fried wonton wrappers are put into pancakes as thin crisps; 2. Don't have too much oil when pancakes. After pouring out the oil in the frying pan, you can pancakes directly without adding oil; 3. The sauce is free, I choose fragrant Hot sauce.
