Simple Quick Dish-cold Tofu Skin

Roll up the tofu skin, cut into thin strips, and put in a bowl.

Cut cucumber into thin strips and put in a bowl.

Slice green onion, mince ginger, and wash dry chili.

Heat oil in a pan, add the minced ginger and green onion slices, then break the dried chilies into the open and sauté.

Pour all the oil in the pot into a bowl.

Add steamed fish soy sauce and fresh soy sauce, mix well.
