Simple Scallion Pancake

Dumpling skins and spring onions

Chop green onion, add salt and oil and stir well

Take a dumpling wrapper and sprinkle the chopped green onion in the middle, preferably not on the edges

Put another dumpling wrapper on it and press the edges tightly with your hands

Sprinkle a thin layer of chopped green onion on top

Cover another dumpling wrapper. I shared three dumpling wrappers. If you want more layers of scallion pancake, you can add another layer of chopped green onion and another layer of dumpling wrapper. Finally, after pressing it with your hands, take a rolling pin and roll it into thin slices.

Roll it so thin

Put it in a frying pan and fry until golden on both sides, be sure to low heat
