Simple Scallion Sautéed Lamb
1.
A box of mutton slices is set aside.
2.
Blanch it in water to get rid of most of the fat and make it healthier.
3.
Shred the green onions, cut a little bit more.
4.
Put the bottom oil in the pan, add the green onion after the oil is hot, and sauté until fragrant.
5.
Add the blanched lamb slices.
6.
Add cooking wine, salt, and soy sauce and stir fry. After stir-fry evenly, it can be out of the pot.
7.
Load up! Let's have dinner!
Tips:
1. The lamb must be blanched first, so that most of the fat can be removed, which is very healthy.
2. When frying, just fry the seasoning evenly, don't take too long, because the lamb slices have been blanched and are cooked.
3. You must put more green onions, I usually put one. (Of course, you don’t have to put all the onions if they are too big.)
