Simple Siu Mai

1. Soak the glutinous rice for two to three hours for later use.

Soak the shiitake mushrooms and dice, and dice the sausage for later use.

Put the soaked glutinous rice, shiitake mushrooms, and Chinese sausage together into the pressure cooker, add soy sauce, soy sauce, and five-spice powder to taste! Add another spoonful of oil! Add water (put less, the glutinous rice is already soaked) and press the cooking button!
