Simple Sushi Bag

1. Crab sticks blanched in water and set aside

2. Egg omelette, shred and set aside. Cut cucumber into strips and set aside

3. Steam the rice, add salt, white vinegar, sugar and sesame oil, stir well, cool and set aside

4. Flatten the sushi curtain and put Shanghai moss on it

5. Top with mixed rice
