Simple Version of Hot and Sour Vermicelli

Soak the fans softly and set aside.

Mince the pork and chop the chili pepper and set aside.

Pour a little oil in the pot and add the spicy pepper to taste. Add the minced meat and stir-fry until it is broken. Pour in vinegar, salt, and spicy sauce to taste.

Add the water to a boil, add the vermicelli and continue to cook for 3 to 5 minutes until the vermicelli is cooked through.

Pour the cooked vermicelli into a bowl and add crushed peanuts on the noodles.

Finally, top with chopped coriander, and you're done.
