Simple Version of Hot and Sour Vermicelli

1. Soak the fans softly and set aside.

2. Mince the pork and chop the chili pepper and set aside.

3. Pour a little oil in the pot and add the spicy pepper to taste. Add the minced meat and stir-fry until it is broken. Pour in vinegar, salt, and spicy sauce to taste.
