Simple Version of Sauced Pork Bones

Soak pig bones in water for half an hour in bleeding water

Boil the pork bones and clean them

To prepare a pot, I used a cast iron pot, added a generation of Xiangqi sauce with boiling water than pork bones, green onion and ginger light soy sauce and soy sauce cooking wine, boiled on high heat for a few minutes, so that the cooking wine volatilized and took away the smell, and simmered for an hour with a lid. (Mainly depending on the cooked meat) You can use chopsticks to insert it and add appropriate amount of salt, and then simmer until soft.

Simmer on low heat and cook slowly to add more flavor

Take out the pork bones and put an appropriate amount of soup in a wok, heat it to a boil, pour in the sesame oil, and wait until the juice is thick enough to be out
