1. Pork ribs under cold water, put a few slices of ginger and cooking wine to boil! Remove and rinse!

2. Heat oil in a pot, add sliced ginger and stir fry until fragrant, add ribs and stir-fry until slightly yellow! Add an appropriate amount of salt and stir fry! Pour in cooking wine and boil the aroma!
