Simple Version Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

Pork ribs under cold water, put a few slices of ginger and cooking wine to boil! Remove and rinse!

Heat oil in a pot, add sliced ginger and stir fry until fragrant, add ribs and stir-fry until slightly yellow! Add an appropriate amount of salt and stir fry! Pour in cooking wine and boil the aroma!

Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of vinegar (divide the vinegar twice), add water to the ribs and boil over high heat, change to a low heat and simmer for 20 minutes (the water is half-boiled)

Salt and sugar, use this small spoon!

Turn on high heat to collect the juice, and add the last spoonful of vinegar when the soup is almost received! This sweet and sour taste is perfect!
