Simplified Braised Tofu

Rinse the internal fat tofu into the water and cut it into cubes. Set aside.

The minced pork was used by the boss when buying the meat and it was used to make dumplings. Now, you can just scoop a spoonful without putting the meat. But meat and vegetables match better.

Finely chop ginger and garlic, and finely chop green onions. spare.

Heat the pot and put the oil, add the minced ginger and garlic, stir fry the aroma, then add the minced meat and stir to spread, then add a spoonful of bean paste, stir well, add a bowl of water, and add some light soy sauce. After the fire is boiled, gently put the tofu diced down. Let the water just cover the tofu. Cover the pot and turn to low heat, and cook slowly for three to four minutes.

Start the pot, gently flip the tofu with a spatula, turn to high heat to collect the juice. When the soup is almost dry, scoop out a spoonful of cornstarch and dissolve it with cold water, then pour it around the side of the pot. Then pour in chopped green onion and chicken essence. Use a spatula to gently flip and evenly spread out the pan.
Tips:
1. The shape of the internal fat tofu bought in the market will be better. The boxed internal fat tofu in the supermarket is too tender and easy to rot, which is not easy to handle.
2. This dish is very good, so children eat less bean paste, or don't let it go!
3. If you have the conditions, it is recommended to make homemade tofu, which is more flavorful!
