Simplified Version of Sixi Roast Bran

The soaked roasted bran is washed and superheated to remove the beany smell, and then supercooled with cold water to squeeze the moisture for use

Soaked fungus cut into small pieces

Soaked shiitake mushrooms cut into small pieces

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, sauté the onion, ginger, garlic

Add roasted bran and stir fry until both sides are slightly yellow
6.
Add shiitake mushrooms, fungus, and soaked day lily

Add a small amount of salt and rock sugar
8.
Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and cold water, stir evenly, simmer and taste
9.
Until the bottom of the pot is completely dried
10.
Pour an appropriate amount of sesame oil out of the pot
Tips:
1. Sixi roasted bran needs thick oily red sauce, so it needs more oil than usual for stir-frying. The dark soy sauce is colored and the raw soy sauce improves the taste.
2. Sixi roasted bran is a bit sweet, so you can’t put less sugar
