Sin Chew Fried Rice Noodles

Shrimp beard, shrimp thread

Tips:
1. You can put pork shreds, beef shreds, or char siu, if it is pork shreds, beef shreds need to be fried in advance, and then put in the last.
2. You can also add sprouts.
3. If you are lazy, you can stir fry the shrimps without frying them.
