Siu Mai with Fresh Meat
1.
Prepare ingredients: minced pork
2.
Chopped green onion, minced ginger, sweet corn kernels, and minced carrots
3.
Add chopped green onion, minced ginger, sweet corn, minced carrots, salt, light soy sauce, sugar, corn starch, white pepper, and chicken essence to the minced meat
4.
Stir evenly in the same direction with chopsticks (preferably do not put water), prepare the wonton wrappers
5.
Take a piece of wonton wrapper
6.
Cut the 4 corners into an arc shape (you don’t need to cut it, mainly for good-looking)
7.
Put the minced meat on the dough
8.
While tightening with the tiger’s mouth, push up the meat filling and wrap it into a siu-mai shape
9.
Wrap everything and put it in a steamer
10.
Cover the lid, bring the water to a boil on high heat, turn to medium heat and steam for 15 minutes. After taking it out, you can eat it while it is hot. Dipping sauce is more delicious.
Tips:
1. It is best not to put water when stirring the meat, otherwise the meat is too thin and it will not be shaped
2. You can put your favorite ingredients in the filling
3. Put an anti-sticking pad or brush with thin oil on the cage
