Siwu Soup

One pack of Siwu soup (go to a Chinese pharmacy to buy, tell you the amount of each person, separate each one into one pack, so that it is convenient to store, one pack at a time).

Open the package, wash the four-flavored Chinese medicinal materials a little bit.

Put an appropriate amount of purified water in a soup pot, put the Chinese herbal medicines in the pot and soak for 20 minutes.

After soaking for 20 minutes, add red dates. If there are no red dates in the prescription, I add eight red dates myself. The red dates are also blood-enriching, and the soup tastes sweeter.

Put the lid on and turn the high heat to a low heat for half an hour.

After half an hour, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes before serving.

Finished product. Serve out the red dates and soup, not other soup residues.
Tips:
All Chinese medicinal materials are soaked and boiled after washing, and the medicinal properties are more effective.
