Sixi Roasted Bran

1. Ingredients: 200g roasted bran, 4 shiitake mushrooms, 30g dried yellow flowers, 20g dried fungus, 20g peeled peanuts; 10ml cooking wine, 2g sugar, 5ml sesame oil, 3g salt, 20ml soy sauce, 15ml light soy sauce.

2. The roasted bran is cut into small pieces, and squeezed while washing with water to remove the pulp.

3. Boil a pot of clean water. After the water is boiled, add the bran, cook for about 5 minutes, and then wash off the foam with clean water.

4. Soak the shiitake mushrooms, black fungus, and day lily with boiling water to remove the roots, wash and drain.

5. Put the roasted bran cubes, flower mushrooms, black fungus, day lily and peanuts into a deep bowl, add dark soy sauce, ginger slices, salt and sugar, pour water and vegetables evenly, and stir evenly.

6. The Fangtai steamer selects the over-temperature steaming mode, 110℃, put it into the middle layer when the temperature is reached, and take it out after 20 minutes of steaming.
