Sixi Roasted Bran

Wash the roasted bran

Cut into small pieces

Boil in boiling water for 5 minutes, then pinch the water and set aside

Dried mushrooms, dried cordyceps flowers, black fungus soak in cold water and wash, tear the black fungus into small pieces, cut the shiitake mushrooms into small pieces, soak the peanuts in boiling water and peel off the red clothes for later use

In the frying pan, fry the roasted bran until light yellow, pick up the oil

Leave a little oil in the pot, add shiitake mushrooms, cordyceps flowers, black fungus and peanuts and stir fry together

Then put in the fried bran

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, sugar to taste

Add appropriate amount of water, turn to medium-low heat and simmer slowly for about 20 minutes after boiling

Stew until the soup is thick, collect the juice and drizzle with sesame oil

Ready to serve
Tips:
Adjust the seasoning according to your own. My family likes sweet ones. You can also add some dried red chilies if you like spicy ones.
